It fascinates me to think about how much has changed in everyone’s lives during that time.
20 years!
We might have all started families, changed careers, moved to new places, or developed new hobbies and interests.
2005-ish: Went to Business School, then just saving money for travel.
2010: Moved to Germany, got married, learned a new language
2015: Went back home to Singapore after not being home for 5 years
2016: Back in Germany. Graduated teaching school. Teaching Pre-K English.
2017: Adopted our cat Akasha.
2021: Experienced my lowest. Major abdominal surgery. 12 weeks recovery. Grateful.
2024: Burnout. Still teaching. Spending more time with positive people.
Hobbies, hm..
I used to paint a lot. A lot. I'm a bit intimidated by the whole AI thing right now. Need an attitude adjustment.
I became a plant person. So yeah. But I have to let go a bit, lol.
