The memories from back then while being a part of this community were precious. They still are now. Teenager me was simply just coming home from school, logging in and seeing everyone posting something. Anything. Some things were about M2M. Some were just about life itself. And the stupid games we played. How I laughed so much. I remember the chatroom. And how it used to terrify me because I wasn't the chatty type - chatting back then was a huge deal. And how messed up the chat could get, when Marit logged in. No one could read anything anymore because the chat windows gets spammed. I remember all the interesting people - you know who you are - who I am still in touch with, even rarely. People I have and have not met in real life. But my most most most favourite memory of it all was how it gave me the time and space to get to know someone who ended up being the love of my life. Your turn What were your favourite memories from the official forums back in the early 2000s?

Let me recap some moments, in no particular order:
- meeting my future wife, whose first words towards me in the chatroom were "no matching please" (at least some of the first words)
- that day when someone (Snake?) hacked into Marit's chatroom name, which was password protected. We then found out that Juzme (Kath) had special moderator privileges and had access to the Marit name login (or something like that).
- all the funny websites and internet phenomena you guys posted, like "meat or accident"
- me learning that, for whatever reason, Australians like to swear a lot and use cuss words.
I think if i stare at the old sepia design long enough, more memories will appear.

These are my best memories of that time: 1) Being able to find my first on-line community. I remember logging in during the morning before going to university (I used to go in the afternoon). 2)Chatted with some users, such as Marcus, Desiree and others. 3) To switch between english and spanish in the chat. Many spanish speakers in the community and english speakers as well. 4) In Marion's page I was able to talk to Marion in the chat...I was saying to her something about the 'poser' of Marit's page and then my internet crashed . I'm gonna keep that conversation in my heart.
